Users who have supplied assets to Nexus Money Market can withdraw their funds at any time, provided there is sufficient liquidity available in the pool. Withdrawals allow suppliers to reclaim their original deposit along with any accrued interest, which is reflected in the increased balance of their zTokens.

Withdrawals follow these key conditions:

  • Full Withdrawal: Users can withdraw their entire supplied balance, provided none of it is being used as collateral for an active loan(borrow).

  • Partial Withdrawal: Users can withdraw a portion of their supplied assets while keeping the rest in the protocol to continue earning interest. If the supplied assets are being used as collateral, withdrawals are limited by the Health Factor (HF)—ensuring that removing liquidity does not put any active borrow position at risk of liquidation.

If liquidity is low due to high borrowing activity, users may need to wait for more liquidity to become available before withdrawing large amounts. The protocol updates liquidity conditions in real time, ensuring an efficient balance between suppliers and borrowers.

By supplying assets to Nexus Money Market, users earn passive income while maintaining the flexibility to withdraw their funds whenever liquidity conditions allow.
